Fusion Catering: About Us

Fusion Catering was founded in Prague in 2003, where it began by offering a healthy food program, serving private preschool children ages 18 months to 6 years. The program soon expanded to include the service of seminary students, hotel guests, and catering for fine dining events.

With the intent to create the most desirable menu and to understand the needs of the client, Fusion developed a research project. The research conducted included a long-term survey which collected data about the eating habits, quantities, and preferences of patrons. In the end, the results left them with invaluable feedback as to how the business should progress.

Fusion noticed that other local caterers, even those successful and full of potential, did not offer a completely full-service catering program. Fusion wants to fill that gap, and offer clients what they need. Fusion not only took an interest in improving their menu and expanding their clientele, they also took the initiative to improve their guest’s entire dining experience including superb staff service and the design of the event and dining space. Fusion operates from one of the finest hotel kitchens in Prague, which is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and capable of serving 1000 portions daily from their re-designed dining hall.
